We are seeking a motivated (Junior) Master Data Specialist to join our Master Data team in Szczecin. In this role, you will work with a team of experienced specialists responsible for maintaining high-quality master data across company systems. You will support processes related to product data, pricing, and Bills of Materials (BOM), ensuring accuracy and consistency across our ERP environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, helping ensure smooth information flow and supporting global business processes. This role combines operational tasks with data analysis and provides a great opportunity to grow your skills in an international environment.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Ensure high-quality master data by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
• Manage new product setup processes in the system
• Maintain and update pricing data, including support for annual revisions
• Maintain and update product and Bill of Materials (BOM) data
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different countries to ensure clear information flow
• Resolve requests related to master data processes in line with agreed KPIs
• Gather and validate data from multiple sources
• Analyze data to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for process improvements
• Support the team in daily operations related to global master data processes and product launches
