What tasks are waiting for you?

Providing ongoing support to super users, triaging issues, and ensuring timely resolution
Ownership of incident, change or service requests until closure
Ensuring that backlog is monitored in ServiceNow and acted upon according to business priorities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery and knowledge transfer to super users and team members
Facilitating super user training and UAT testing related with code release cycles
Participating in initiatives, contributing business knowledge and application insights

Have minimum 2 years of experience working with AX2012 or D365 F&O as a plus, ideally within international or multi-cultural enterprises
Possess strong understanding of Finance processes
Have an ability to translate business needs into system functionalities
Are familiar with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps
Are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in fast‑changing environments
Communicate fluently in English and bring a collaborative mindset to team assignments
