Senior Systems Architect - Product Industrialization
Would you like to shape how the next generation of hearing aids moves from product development into robust, scalable production?
As Senior Architect in New Product Introduction (NPI), you will leverage your technical expertise to define operational requirements and develop the system architecture and designs needed to industrialize new products. Working closely with R&D, NPI, and Operations, you will ensure that new product designs can be efficiently manufactured, tested, verified, and successfully transferred into production.
As part of our SAFe setup, you will provide technical leadership across teams and help establish the architectural foundation needed for successful product industrialization.
Working with us, you will:
• work on full-time position (permanent contract) with a hybrid work model;
• play a key role in defining how new products are brought into production, contributing throughout the entire product industrialization journey from early concept discussions through pre-production builds and production readiness;
• take on a highly cross-functional role, collaborating closely with R&D, NPI, Operations, Quality and other engineering disciplines;
• have a chance for growth, you will be working in a role where you will explore many different areas within our business, that combines system-level thinking, hands-on problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration;
• have the opportunity to make a impact on the industrialization of next-generation hearing aids;
• be part of a Scandinavian work culture built on trust, independence and open dialogue.
What tasks are waiting for you?
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across R&D, NPI, and Operations to define and maintain operational requirements related to manufacturability, assembly, testing, calibration, and production readiness.
• Develop system architectures and solution designs that guide development teams and ensure alignment with operational needs.
• Review and challenge design decisions from a Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Test (DFM/DFA/DFT) perspective.
• Provide technical leadership during engineering and pre-production builds, supporting root-cause investigations and resolution of complex technical issues.
What you bring:
• a university degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical field;
• a solid experience as an architect, technical lead or similar within Operations or Product Development, preferably in medtech, electronics, or other regulated industries (hearing aid experience is an advantage);
• fluent communication in English, both spoken and written;
• good understanding of DFM, DFA and DFT principles and how product design decisions affect manufacturing capability and product quality;
• comfortability with failure analysis and root-cause investigations in both pre-production and production environment.
