Senior Manager, Risk Management

Are you ready to broaden your horizon, working with risk mitigation and crisis management? Do you want to be front runner in Supply Chain Resilience, paving new ways of working and motivating people to follow?
We are searching for a new colleague to lead and continue our Supply Chain Resilience journey. The position is new, and you will have the opportunity to impact and develop the new capability which was initiated in 2022 as a project – now maturing into a full-time position.
The Supply Chain Resilience initiative started in 2022, defining a framework for risk identification, risk evaluation, risk management and crisis management. Our resilience framework is still in the early stages of maturity. The organization has since then been on a learning curve, still needing guidance and support on how to mature and develop. The new resilience processes cover the complete value stream of Global Operations, involving procurement and planning, through to manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, wholesale and aftersales, which today are all committed to invest in the new framework.
