Senior Compliance & Sustainability Manager

As a Senior Compliance & Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and sustainability compliance across Demant’s global supplier base. Acting as a subject matter expert within Procurement, you will drive compliance initiatives, support audit readiness, and lead sustainability programs that support both business objectives and evolving regulatory requirements. This role combines operational execution with strategic influence and offers the opportunity to shape processes and ways of working in a complex, international environment.

What tasks are waiting for you?
•    Driving implementation and ongoing compliance with regulatory and sustainability requirements impacting suppliers.
•    Leading preparation for internal and external audits and acting as the primary procurement contact for auditors and notified bodies.
•    Owning and maintaining procurement SOPs and related governance documentation.
•    Ensuring procurement processes and documentation reflect regulatory and sustainability requirements.
•    Driving supplier compliance activities, including supplier re-evaluation processes.
•    Supporting procurement initiatives linked to Demant’s decarbonization strategy.
•    Driving sustainability activities related to emissions and targets across global Operations sites.
•    Collaborating with Procurement, Quality & Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

•    hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
•    have at least 3 years of experience in medical device compliance, sustainability, or a related area;
•    have experience working in regulated and international business environments;
•    possess a strong understanding of compliance and sustainability implementation within business processes;
•    have experience working with supplier-facing programs and audit environments;
•    are skilled at managing relationships with senior and cross-functional stakeholders;
•    demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
•    are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
