Project Manager, Supply Chain Excellence

We are looking for a Project Manager Supply Chain Excellence to join our Global Supply Chain Excellence team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate supply chain and logistics initiatives across our end-to-end supply chain.
About your new team
You will join the Supply Chain Excellence Team, consisting of 5 skilled professionals, and report directly to the Supply Chain Excellence Manager in Mierzyn.
The team works across functions and geographies, combining strategic transformation with operational support, and values ownership, curiosity, collaboration, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Leading and coordinating of  global supply chain and logistics projects from initiation to implementation;
• Acting as a hands-on partner for regional and local teams in addressing operational logistics challenges;
• Taking ownership of initiatives and work independently, driving topics forward with limited supervision;
• Building a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across the organization;
• Assessing current processes and identifying strategic and operational improvement opportunities;
• Driving process redesign and support digital enablement initiatives across TMS, WMS, and ERP systems;
• Translating business requirements into project scopes and functional specifications in close collaboration with IT and system experts;
• Coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and operational alignment;
• Support day-to-day problem-solving in logistics operations, ensuring quick resolution and minimal business disruption;
• Tracking project progress, risks, and benefits realization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

It would be great if you have:

• a degree in International Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field (this is not a must — we also value experience and willingness to learn);
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain roles, consulting, or project-based environments within a global organization;
• experience working at the intersection between IT and supply chain;
• practical knowledge of ERP and supply chain systems;
• experience supporting operational logistics processes and solving day-to-day supply chain challenges;
• ability to work independently and take full ownership of topics end-to-end;
• strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• an analytical and structured approach to problem-solving;
• a proactive mindset with strong accountability;
  curiosity, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn and understand the full supply chain ecosystem;
  Ability to travel approximately 20–30 days per year to regions such as the US, Mexico, Asia, Denmark, EMEA.
