We are seeking a skilled SAFe Product Manager to join our Agile Release Train (ART) and take full responsibility for defining and delivering production test functionality used in R&D, global manufacturing and service operations for hearing aid devices. 
In this role, you will provide product leadership across four software development teams working on production test solutions. 
You will unite these teams around a shared vision, harmonize requirements, and ensure complete and effective test solutions across the entire value chain.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Own and evolve a unified product vision and roadmap for production test capabilities, aligned with strategic themes, architectural runways, and lean budget guardrails. Manage the flow of work – be responsible for ensuring enough features are always ready in the backlog utilizing own deep domain knowledge for features in scope;
• Act on the customer’s behalf. Conduct end-user and customer research to clarify product fit. Understand customer and user needs and communicate these to the ARTs. Ensure that solutions delivered by the ART generate tangible business value across production and service environments;
• Strengthen cross art collaboration - as a part of the ART PMT, you will collaborate across ARTs to manage inter-ART dependencies and ensure timely integration of their products into large solutions and to maximize value;
• Coordinate requirements, priorities, and dependencies across the four teams working on production test software. Synchronize frequently with the Product Owners of those teams, providing them with accurate business context and receiving feedback on the feasibility of implementation;
• Collaborate with System and Enterprise Architects, legal, and compliance to ensure that the solution meets IP, relevant standards and other system quality requirements and nonfunctional requirements. 

Who You Are:

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SAFe or scaled agile environment;
• Strong knowledge of production test systems, test software, automated test equipment, or manufacturing processes;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams working globally;
• Structured problem solving capabilities and a value driven mindset;
• Experience in med-tech, hearing healthcare, or regulated electronics industries is a strong advantage;
• You are fluent in English (Polish is a plus).

It would be nice if:

• Experience working with software development teams;
• Experience working with distributed, global teams.
