Your Role: Procurement Project Manager
As Procurement Project Manager, you will be responsible for supplier readiness and procurement strategy execution in new product launches. You will partner closely to ensure seamless supply chain launches. You will act as the procurement voice in both the product programs and the R&D projects - enabling successful, timely, and cost-effective launches.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Represent Procurement in product development projects and commercial programs.

• Ensure supplier readiness to meet cost, quality, capability, and delivery targets at launch.

• Drive procurement project plans, risk management, milestones, and decision-making.

• Secure alignment with Strategic Procurement on technology roadmaps and category strategies.

• Coordinate with Project Purchasing to ensure component availability and maturity at each phase gate.

• Lead cross-functional issue resolution with internal stakeholders and suppliers to mitigate project risk.

• Promote early supplier involvement and strong collaboration with R&D.

• Support cost-out and value engineering activities during development.

We are seeking someone with:

• a relevant technical, supply chain, or commercial background with strong results;

• 3+ years of experience in project management e.g. procurement, NPI or sourcing (preferably in medical devices, electronics, or other regulated industries);

• strong stakeholder management and communication skills;

• experience collaborating in cross-functional and international environments;

• solid understanding of supplier qualification, sourcing strategies, and risk management;

• structured, proactive work style with focus on delivery and problem-solving;

• fluent English — written and spoken.

Travel to global sites and suppliers should be expected (5–15 days per year).
