We are seeking a motivated manager to lead our Global Project Management Office based in Mierzyn, Poland. 
In this role, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening project management standards, tools, and ways of working across the organization. You will support the project portfolio through governance, reporting, training, and continuous improvement, while helping project managers succeed in execution. The role combines strategic PMO responsibility with hands-on involvement in selected projects.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Drive and develop Demant’s project management standards, frameworks, tools, and templates;
• Support the project portfolio with reporting, governance, and decision material for Portfolio Board meetings;
• Maintain and improve the Global Operations Portfolio Tool to ensure strong visibility and follow-up across projects;
• Train and support project managers in best practices and effective use of PMO tools and methods;
• Help strengthen an engaged project management community through meetings, training, and shared learning;
• Lead continuous improvements of PMO processes, policies, and documentation;
• Collaboration across Continuous Improvement organization, incl. GMS Lean, Supply Chain Resilience and After Sales;
• Manage selected projects yourself to stay close to the business and build strong partnerships across the organization.
