NPI Quality Engineer

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Maintaining the quality system in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes;
• Reviewing and approving NPI processes;
• Conducting projects and improvement tasks;
• Participation in transfer teams of new equipment;
• Coordinating activities implemented to solve quality problems during NPI phases;
• Analyzing and displaying trends for key parameters of new products;
• Identifying, defining and reporting of key problems from the business point of view;
• Reporting results and actions taken;
• Perform P-FMEA analysis;
• Conduct measurements of parts;
• Setting up Incoming Inspection processes for new products.

It would be great if you:

• have higher education; a degree in Quality Management, Production Engineering, and/or technical fields is a plus;
• speak English fluently (both written and spoken) - minimum B2;
• have knowledge of the ISO 13485 norm;
• have knowledge of quality tools (P-FMEA);
• are interested in quality and production topics;
• have experience in a similar role - a strong advantage;
• are open to discussions and able to convince others of your ideas.
