Complaints Data Analyst
As a Quality Data Analyst, you play a key role in turning complex quality and complaint data into insights that drive understanding, decisions, and improvement.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Analyze quality data to identify abnormal behavior, trends, and emerging product issues;
- Translate complex analyses into clear problem statements, failure hypotheses, and potential root causes;
- Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical stakeholders (Quality, R&D) and non-technical audiences;
- Proactively identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, or gaps that may impact conclusions;
- Maintain and develop dashboards and reports used for ongoing monitoring of product quality KPIs;
- Support cross-functional projects, SOP updates, and audits within your area of responsibility.
You to bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field;
- 1–2 years of experience working with data analysis, reporting, or analytics;
- A solid understanding of basic statistics, data interpretation, and structured problem-solving;
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and draw meaningful conclusions;
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-technical audiences.;
- Fluency in English and Polish.
It would be great if you have:
- Interest in or experience with AI-driven tools for data analysis and insight generation;
- Knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements;
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to hearing aids or medical devices.

- Proactive, structured, and able to manage your own work and priorities;
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong focus on data quality and traceability;
- Strong in documentation and committed to producing clear, high-quality analyses.
