In Demant’s Indirect Procurement team, you’ll join a skilled and international group of professionals (based in Denmark, Poland, and the US) working together to create strategic value across key categories. Based in Mierzyn, you’ll help drive procurement excellence in areas like Retail, Sales & Marketing, and Operations – supporting our business units globally and contributing to our transformation journey.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Develop and lead Indirect Procurement categories in areas such as Retail, Sales & Marketing, and Operations in Poland
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase value and improve procurement quality
• Support international business units and engage in approximately 15–20 days of travel annually
• Analyze data and conduct e-sourcing projects and tenders
• Prepare and execute negotiation strategies
• Drive the adoption of digital tools and support Demant’s digital agenda in procurement
• Contribute to a supportive and dynamic procurement team that values both professional development and a positive, informal atmosphere.

It would be great if you:

• Hold a commercial university degree and have several years of relevant procurement experience
• Have a proven track record in multiple procurement disciplines and are confident managing complex procurement tasks
• Possess strong skills in data analysis, digital procurement tools, and contract negotiations
• Are detail-oriented but also capable of maintaining a strategic overview
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Enjoy negotiating with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
