Technical Product Manager
We are looking for a hands on Technical Product Manager who will take clear ownership of complaints, product quality, and design changes across a diverse consumables portfolio.
If a change is complaint , CAPA or CRB driven, you are the owner — from problem identification to released solution. This accountability is the heart of the role.
Your main mission is to ensure products are correctly specified, consistently high quality, and improved in a structured, compliant, and sustainable way. You will translate customer insights into clear product intent and drive quality driven design changes end to end.
You will work closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Technical Support, and Sales, acting as the integrator who ensures alignment, clarity and disciplined execution.
What we offer:
- A meaningful, hands-on role with clear ownership of complaint handling, product quality and design changes.
- Direct influence on customer satisfaction, compliance and business performance.
- Collaboration with experienced teams in Product Management, Quality, R&D, Regulatory and Operations.
- A supportive environment that values structure, clarity, and continuous improvement.
- Flexible working hours supporting work–life balance.
- Scandinavian culture built on openness, trust and informal communication.
- Competitive compensation and development opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
- Take full commercial ownership of complaint review meetings — preparation, framing issues, supporting decisions.
- Analyze and prioritize customer complaints, and own prioritization of investigations and CAPAs.
- Drive design changes end to end for all quality or complaint driven improvements.
- Ensure quality‑driven changes are executed in a structured, compliant, and timely manner.
- Maintain PLM records, documentation, configurations, and change history, ensuring lifecycle traceability and audit readiness.
- Act as the technical point of ownership for quality resolution across R&D, RA/QA, Operations, and Technical Support.
- Communicate quality issues, product decisions, and resolution status clearly to internal stakeholders.
What we hope you bring:
- A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in product management, ideally in consumables, medical devices or other regulated industries.
- Strong background in product specifications, requirements, and design changes.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into structured, technical requirements.
- Experience in regulated environments with formal change control and quality processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, quality, and commercial teams.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
