Global Planning and Logistics Manager
We are looking for an experienced Global Planning and Logistics Manager who will take ownership of our end‑to‑end supply chain and help take it to the next level. The role covers planning, logistics, and transportation across a global setup.
You will lead Planning, Logistics, and Analytics teams in Denmark and Poland, operating in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment. Success in this role comes from strong collaboration, clear priorities, and the ability to turn complexity into results.
This role is closely connected to our on‑site operations. With production and warehouse activities located on site, regular presence is essential to understand processes, work hands‑on with teams, and respond quickly to changing needs. We value direct collaboration and a “go, call, mail” culture — building trust, strong relationships, and operational excellence through everyday interaction with people and processes.
What we offer:
- Real impact on supply chain direction and operational performance.
- Work with experienced experts passionate about diagnostics and improvement.
- Opportunities to lead cross‑functional initiatives and work with global teams.
- Supportive, dynamic environment encouraging professional growth.
- Flexibility, autonomy, and Scandinavian work culture based on trust and openness.
- Attractive compensation and strong development opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee and continuously optimize end‑to‑end supply chain processes to support operational excellence.
- Lead teams across Denmark and Poland, ensuring alignment, clear priorities, and strong performance.
- Promote a disciplined, data‑driven approach to improving supply chain efficiency.
- Develop demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasts and stable inventory.
- Drive S&OP processes and ensure cross‑functional alignment across multiple locations.
- Manage domestic and international transportation to ensure timely, reliable deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong collaborations with logistics and transportation partners.
Operational Performance
- Use KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and opportunities for smarter, more cost‑effective workflows.
Leadership
- Develop, coach, and empower your team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strong execution.
What we hope you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or similar.
- 5–10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain or logistics in an international environment.
- Proven results in process optimization and operational improvements.
- Experience with planning systems, ERP tools, and data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent English skills.
- Proactive working style focused on clarity and execution.
- Ability to improve workflows and reduce costs.
- Strong collaboration skills across functions and locations.
- Experience in high‑mix, low‑volume or regulated industries is an advantage.
- Lean/continuous improvement background is a plus.
