Data Analyst

We are looking for a structured, analytically driven Data Analyst to strengthen our supply chain decision‑making through high‑quality analysis, forecasting, and performance insights.
In this role, you will work with large operational datasets and turn them into clear analyses, structured reporting, and reliable decision support. Your work will enhance transparency across the entire supply chain and support improvements in planning stability, inventory management, and operational performance.
You will collaborate closely with Planning, Logistics, and Procurement teams across Diagnostics and play a key role in elevating data quality, consistency, and performance.

What tasks are waiting for you:

Data & Analysis

• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to visualize performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize inventory and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data quality by validating datasets and improving data collection processes.
• Translate complex analyses into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through fact‑based evaluations, data and performance tracking.

Operational Performance

• Use KPIs to monitor, challenge, and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for smarter, more efficient workflows.
• Provide forward‑looking insights to improve planning stability and inventory accuracy.

Collaboration & Ways of Working

• Work closely with stakeholders across Denmark and Poland to ensure alignment around data, reporting, and priorities.
• Promote a disciplined, structured, and data‑driven decision culture.
• Build strong working relationships across planning, logistics, procurement, and operations.

What we hope you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within supply chain or operations, and confidence in working with large datasets and ERP systems.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• A structured, detail‑oriented approach with strong problem‑solving skills and a high focus on data quality.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders across functions and locations.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Very good command of English and Polish to support cooperation with global suppliers and internal teams; experience in regulated or high‑mix/low‑volume environments or Lean/CI is an advantage.
