Business Process Partner

We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our fast developing Diagnostics organization, which plays a key role in the Demant Group—an international leader in hearing healthcare with 10,000+ employees worldwide. As part of Demant Diagnostics, you will contribute to delivering high quality diagnostic solutions used by hearing care professionals across the globe. Our products and services support customers in more than 130 countries, and our operations span over 20 markets.
You will be based at our modern production facility in Rosówek, which brings multiple functions together under one roof. The site is designed with a Scandinavian architectural touch and a strong focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility, providing an inspiring and collaborative work environment.

What tasks are waiting for you?
• Transform local business processes into standardized global ways of working.
• Integrate country-specific legal and statutory requirements into ERP solutions while maintaining global process alignment.
• Ensure validated solutions and solid processes that enable local teams to operate independently under global standards.
• Lead local deployments as the business transformation anchor, introducing best-practice processes.
• Drive global process optimization, including requirements definition, testing, validation, and platform rollout.
• Collaborate closely with global business stakeholders, IT teams, Finance, and project leadership.
It would be great if you:
• have a master’s degree within economics, finance, or international business;
• 3+ years of accounting experience; familiarity with group reporting or controlling processes;
• experience working in a global setup and experience from ERP projects deploying a global template is an advantage;
• have a strong interest in how IT can support business processes and understand the importance of process optimization and strategy;
• operational knowledge and practical experience working with Navision 2009 will be highly beneficial;
• a team player with drive and passion;
• have great analytical skills, sharp, curious, mature;
• fluent in English;
• have an international profile.
