An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Manager is now available at our Nundah QLD office. Your role will be to focus on providing quality administrative support and exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships and managing our internal/external customer expectations.
You will be working 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Role Purpose:
· To drive customer service and administrative responsibilities throughout the Diagnostics AU team (Interacoustics Australia and Sonic Equipment).
· To provide process alignment, administrative upkeep and ensure best practice to the Diagnostics Customer Service Team in Australia.
· Manage and upskill the customer service team, as well as enable the team to build strong relationships with the full Diagnostics ANZ team.
· Ensure Diagnostics ANZ adheres to ISO9001 and that the team is trained were necessary.
· Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the Sales and Service Team to help provide support and process alignment through OneDiagnostics.
· Understand the market through customer segmentation (retail chains, government, hospital, independent, occupational health and rehabilitation) with guidance from the Sales and Service team
· To facilitate relevant customer training, encouraging collaboration between the customer service team. Further, represent the values driven by global Diagnostics and ensuring it is upkept by the customer service team.
· Secure close links to Wholesale and Retail division to ensure that optimise cross selling opportunity and maximize WDH group interests
· Working closely with the National Service Manager, Sales Business Unit Manager and National Diagnostics Manager NZ to identify, harmonise and implement ‘best practice’ policies, systems and processes within Diagnostics ANZ
· Solve and prevent channel conflicts
Skills and Abilities
· Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Commerce – desired
· Masters in Audiology - desired
· Must be or eligible to be Member of Audiological Society of Australia and have CCP or Equivalent
· Must have valid Australian drivers’ licence
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in hearing care industry, specialising in Audiological rehabilitation
· Minimum 1 year experience of people management
· Prior experience managing key accounts within a defined territory
· Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
· Well-developed interpersonal skills to gain support and collaboration in support of key goals
· Demonstrated ability to motivate and create results within sales teams and to deliver on key sales objectives
· Ability to work both strategically and operationally as part of a team
· Demonstrated ability to deliver on key sales targets & objectives
· Effective negotiation and conflict resolution capability
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent time management and organisation capabilities to manage multiple tasks
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and create results within a sales team
