Purpose of the Position

As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sales performance in your respective region.  We are looking for a proven sales leader with the ability to coach and inspire a team that is committed to the success of Oticon and our customers.

This role has a territory of Ontario and Eastern Canada.

Travel is required for this role. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance of the Business Development Managers/Product trainers in your region
  • Forecast the performance of your respective region, and ensure targets are met
  • Employee recruitment, training, and coaching
  • Key account management
  • New account activation/prospecting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant key opinion leaders
  • Support provincial 3rd party reviews
  • Assist in planning and execution of new product introductions
  • Monthly sales reporting/forecasting
  • Assist with all regional corporate communications
  • Other duties as assigned by VP of Sales

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in hearing healthcare required
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, team player
  • Proficient in al MS Office tools (xls, PowerPoint, etc)
  • CRM experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Client focused
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (50%)
