Do you want to lead a highly skilled team in developing cutting-edge test systems for one of the world’s leading hearing aid manufacturers? Are you a visionary leader who can drive innovation while ensuring operational excellence? If so, we want you on our team at Oticon!
As our Test Systems Development Manager, you will play a key role in defining and executing our test system development strategy, ensuring alignment with our R&D vision.
Development focused manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Systems Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of test systems that align with our overall R&D strategy. You will set the direction for our future test system development framework and guide the team through change management processes.
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead & Inspire – Set the direction for future test system development, manage change processes, and ensure team motivation and well-being.
- Drive Innovation – Explore AI-driven testing approaches and stay ahead in test system development trends.
- Agile Transformation – Understand or be eager to implement SAFe/Agile methodologies within the team.
- Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee test system development, calibration of hardware, and manage budget & investments.
Bridging software and hardware
You probably have a technical background, and have a good understanding of software development, without necessarily being a developer yourself. You will bridge software and hardware and apply your software development knowledge in a hardware-driven environment, understanding architectures and languages like LabVIEW, C#, and Python.
You either have knowledge or you are eager to explore how to use AI in test system development and test system use.
We are in a transition phase towards a SAFe based organization to be ready for the future ahead. Knowledge and experience with SAFe is not necessary, we will train you, but we do expect a curiosity for using agile methodologies in the development of electronics and software in general.
You will lead a dual-site team in Denmark and Poland, fostering engagement and collaboration while driving change and innovation.
Welcome to Team Requirement & Verification
You are joining our Requirement & Verification team. We are around 30 engineers and developers with different specializations, and we are a part of Device Hardware in R&D. We are in both Poland and Denmark and have daily/weekly touch points, plus we do site visits 3-4 days a year.
