Are you passionate about working with real-world clinical data and turning it into clear, evidence-based insights? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Eriksholm Research Centre!


You will join a team that supports evidence generation on hearing technology by working with external partners and internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone who has an interest in clinical research data and scientific communication to help us to create actionable insights that improve our technology and user benefits.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Curate, document, clean and maintain clinical research datasets.
  • Assist with exploratory data analysis and data visualization to uncover insights and trends.
  • Develop and/or apply statistical models to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative data visualization techniques and presentations.
  • Generate reports on clinical study outcomes, create figures and illustrations for scientific publications and internal communications.
  • Communicate findings effectively to different stakeholder groups (for example, technical vs. non-technical and scientific vs. non-scientific).

 

About you:

  • You have a keen interest in real-world clinical data and are passionate about uncovering insights that can drive meaningful outcomes in health technology.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have just started/about to start a master’s degree.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and have experience working with datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • You have knowledge of, or genuine interest in data visualization tools and techniques, and you stay updated with the latest advancements in the field. Power BI experience is desired.
  • You have a detail-oriented mindset and are committed to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of your data analysis.
  • You enjoy finding innovative ways to tell stories from data, using creative and effective plotting techniques for data visualizations.
  • You have experience using Python, R, Matlab and/or Azure Databricks.
  • You have excellent oral and written English skills.
