The Role
As a Senior Manager, you will become part of our close‑knit and collaborative Chipset organization, consisting of more than 60 highly skilled professionals. In this key leadership role, you will set direction for one of our development teams responsible for designing and implementing the microelectronics integrated into our advanced hearing‑aid chipsets used across leading brands such as Oticon, Philips, and Bernafon.
Within our innovative department, you will join a vibrant community of engineers with deep expertise in analog IC design, digital IC design and verification, physical IC implementation, and IC test development. We use state‑of‑the‑art tools, methodologies, and technologies, enabling true end‑to‑end chipset development.
As a leader in Chipset, you will help drive the technical vision for our next‑generation System‑on‑Chip (SoC) platform. You are expected to build and enable a high‑performing engineering team, balancing agility and fast learning cycles with the rigor and quality required in semiconductor development.
Today, the Chipset organization operates within a SAFe Agile framework. As Senior Manager, you will lead a line organization and work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners across the Agile teams to ensure alignment, execution, and continuous improvement.
About you
We are looking for an experienced senior manager with a strong background in electronics or chipset development.
In this role, you will lead both the daily operations and long‑term strategic direction of a team of chipset specialists. You will set the standards for best‑practice chipset design, including methodologies, tools, processes, and quality.
The ideal candidate will have some of the following education and experience:
- Solid background in electronics or chipset development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and empower specialists
- Proactive mindset and strong personal drive
- High focus on quality and professionalism
- Collaborative team player
- Empathic, service‑minded, and good at building relationships
