We are looking for a Scrum Master/Team Coach (SM/TC) for a team of Digital and Analog IC engineers working as part of a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) Agile Release Train (ART) in our Chipset department.
Facilitates SAFe® events, agile team processes and good collaboration
As our new SAFe® Scrum Master/Team Coach, you will promote collaboration, eliminate obstacles, and assist the team in meeting their goals. You will facilitate regular team events and processes, ensuring smooth operations. Additionally, you will work closely with other Scrum Masters/Team Coaches and the Release Train Engineer to have an important part in SAFe® Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution.
The team works on the hardware side of developing analog and digital circuits that amplify and process audio signals to enhance and customize the listening experience for people with hearing impairments. This involves optimizing circuits for minimal power consumption, low noise, and efficient signal processing.

You will be a part of a department with 60 skilled engineers, who will make sure to give you the best start and welcome you into a positive and encouraging work environment. We share office space, and knowledge, in Smørum just outside Copenhagen. In our Chipset ART we have seven Agile Teams, where you will be Scrum Master/Team Coach for a team focusing on a mix of Analog and Digital design.
Our advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) chipset includes subsystems such as custom audio processor cores, ARM processor cores, deep neural network (DNN) implementation, packet-based interconnect NoC (network on a chip), audio signal processing, analog to digital conversion, wireless connectivity, and power management.
Are you the person that we are looking for?
We are looking for a team-oriented Scrum Master/Team Coach with strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of coaching the SAFe® Agile team daily and working cross-functionally. You should enjoy an environment that supports freedom in your role.
You have experience as a Scrum Master/Team Coach or in a similar role. Additionally, a good understanding of electronics or chip design, whether gained through education or practical experience, would be beneficial.
