What you are joining
Demant is a growing, international company improving quality of life for people with hearing disabilities all over the world.

It’s perfectly fine if you don’t enjoy paddle tennis or prefer not to meet socially after hours, but we do appreciate a team player who adds value, shares ideas, and proposes solutions with excitement and curiosity, and we would like you to enjoy lunch discussions that extend beyond work.
Working with us will ensure you challenging tasks balanced with a healthy work-life balance. You will be introduced to an onboarding plan with a thorough introduction program. For us it is essential that you get a proper introduction to your new role and learn about the different business areas. You will also be assigned to a mentor from the team, who will make sure you get all the necessary information about how we work and the new surroundings.
