We are seeking a qualified Audiologist to join our team as a Regional Audiology and Sales Manager to be based in Melbourne providing sales, audiological and business support for our customers across VIC.

 

About the role

• Provide audiological and technical support and training to hearing care clinics in a rehabilitation setting.
• Participate in new product launches, domestic and occasional international industry conferences (fully subsidised) and training workshops.
• Arrange and participate in client Open Days and other business development/marketing activities.
• Develop your commercial acumen and presenting skills through comprehensive support from an engagement-focused leadership team.
• Frequent travel, regional and some interstate, required for meetings, conferences and customer visits.
• The position offers flexible working hours.



About you

 

Using your experience in rehabilitation and fitting hearing devices within the hearing healthcare sector, you love to build relationships and easily build rapport with people at all levels. This is complemented by your outstanding communication skills and problem-solving ability.

 

You must possess commercial acumen that enables you to deliver expertise that supports the growth of key customers. All applicants must possess a valid Australian Drivers’ Licence. This role will require frequent travel within the assigned territory. A highly competitive salary will be available for the right candidate, including car allowance, laptop and mobile phone.
