We are growing fast and looking for a passionate Audiology Sales Professional to help us shape the future of hearing care across WA & SA.
At Oticon, we challenge conventions and push the boundaries of hearing technology to improve lives. As our Regional Sales Manager – Audiology, you’ll be the face of Oticon across WA & SA, supporting clinics with audiological expertise, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Please note: this is a fixed 12-months' contract.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert audiological and technical support to hearing care clinics in a rehabilitation setting.
- Lead product launches, training workshops, and industry events.
- Organize and participate in client Open Days and marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with customers to support business growth.
- Travel regularly across WA & SA to engage with clinics and partners.
- Enjoy flexible working hours and autonomy in your role.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or as an Audiologist in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of hearing rehabilitation and device fitting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel.
- Membership with Audiology Australia (highly desirable).

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Audiology or related field
- Eligibility for or current membership with Audiology Australia.
- Experience in hearing healthcare sales or clinical audiology
