We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team on a 10‑month fixed-term contract. This role offers the chance to work with one of the world’s most respected hearing technology brands.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will provide hands-on support during a parental leave period, with a strong focus on product launch coordination, materials management, despatch readiness, trade advertising execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Campaign Manager, our design team, and the New Zealand marketing team to ensure campaigns and product launches are delivered accurately, on time, and with all supporting materials available and in stock.
Responsibilities
Product Launch & Campaign Coordination
- Support the coordination of product launches, including timelines, asset tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
- Assist with preparation of launch packs and campaign materials.
- Ensure accurate information, briefs, and updates are shared with designers and the NZ marketing team.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Support execution of direct mail and email communications as required.
Materials, Printing & Despatch Coordination
- Coordinate printing of brochures and marketing materials, including briefing suppliers, proof checking, and managing delivery timelines.
- Ensure all launch and campaign materials are ordered, in stock, and ready ahead of key milestones.
- Oversee collateral stock levels, working closely with despatch.
- Support despatch coordination for campaign and launch materials.
Campaign, Content & Trade Advertising Support
- Support the Marketing Campaign Manager with campaign execution, including POS materials and toolkits.
- Assist with the development and coordination of print materials such as brochures, banners, POS, and merchandise.
- Coordinate the production and placement of trade advertisements for industry publications (e.g. ACCORD, Audiology Now), including:
- Coordinating messaging with the Marketing Campaign Manager
- Liaising with designers to ensure correct specifications
- Proof checking and artwork approvals
- Managing publisher deadlines and submissions
- Maintain a trade advertising calendar aligned to campaigns and launches.
Operational & Budget Support
- Assist with invoice processing and budget tracking related to marketing activity.
- Support accurate tracking of marketing materials, print costs, and campaign-related expenditure.
- Maintain organised records of assets, stock, and campaign documentation.
About You
You will be successful in this role, if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support role.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating print production, marketing materials, and supplier delivery timelines.
- Proven ability to work closely with designers and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate briefing and information flow.
- High attention to detail, particularly for proof checking, specifications, and quality control.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Ability to work effectively across AU and NZ teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Additional desirable experience:
- Experience supporting product launches or large-scale campaign rollouts.
- Exposure to trade advertising and working with industry publications.
- Experience coordinating collateral stock, despatch, or logistics.
- Familiarity with B2B or healthcare-related marketing environments.
- Experience using marketing tools or platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Project Management Tools)

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
