In the Interacoustics R&D software team we are 48 dedicated developers, architects, testers, scrum masters and team managers located across Denmark, Poland and Malaysia, we aim to ensure that everybody feels part of the same team. You will find that our team closely collaborates with our hardware and digital signal processing department teams. To us software development is more than only writing code.
The job
We are rooting for you! Together with your skilled team members we expect you to actively participate in all phases of software development. Everyone's opinions are valued - the more senior, the more we appreciate you taking a place at the center of the refinement process as well as being able to keep an eye out on the goal in the horizon. We expect you take part and pride in developing and maintain quality software solutions for diagnostics, research, hearing aid dispensers, schools and more.

Who are you?
Ideal you hold a degree in computer engineering, computer science or have knowledge of related technical disciplines. Furthermore, you have extensive programming experience and will bring theoretical knowledge and professional practical skills. You are fluent in C# with broad knowledge of software methodologies and tools. Most importantly, you can see yourself as an enthusiastic member of the team – And you are eager to keep the ball rolling, as we must meet market requirements for new functionality!
We wish to support and strengthen your personal and professional development through clear and tangible goals found in an ongoing development and one to one dialog. And yes – a mechanical keyboard is an ergonomic accepted need as well as noise canceling headsets and a say in office layout…

As we develop products and software used in the medical industry the focus is on quality over quantity. We have great open office spaces made for collaboration, but also room to focus and space to just take a break. Maybe with a game of table football.
