Marketing Automation Specialist

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be part of a strong team and define, execute, and optimize marketing automation activities across several brands and sales companies. We are on a digital journey, and we would love for you to come aboard!

We have two talented colleagues that work with email marketing, and another colleague works with acquisition. Together, you will make up our Digital Marketing Excellence team, which is part of a Digital Marketing department with a total of 15+ colleagues.

Drive marketing automation projects from A-Z

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Be the go-to person for Salesforce Pardot
• Lead gen forms and optimizing the conversion rate of these
• Email marketing strategy, including ongoing reporting and assessment
• Email templates, campaigns and automation flows across the business
• Data- and behavior-driven flows and lead scoring to move customers along the sales funnel

Who are you?

You thrive with structured workflows, and you have both an analytical and a commercial mindset. It is important that you are a team player and enjoy switching between strategic advice, practical execution, and setup.

We also expect that you have:

• Technical expertise and good business understanding
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• 3+ years of experience with an enterprise marketing automation solution
   

Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). It would also be ideal if you have strong communication skills in English. Expect up to 20 days of travel per year.
