Finance Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced finance assistant to join our finance team in Interacoustics. You will have an important role in the team and be the go-to person for the full employee stack within holiday, pension, tax, etc.    

Outside of maintaining your own work assignments, you will also be an important support to the rest of the team, and the job will ensure a versatile workday.   

Working as a finance assistant at Interacoustics, means the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.  

Your key responsibilities will include:  

  • Monthly payroll run as well as reconciling and posting wages (approx. 220 employees)  
  • Refund applications  

  • Maintenance of master data in the Salary and HR system  

  • Calculation of holiday, pension, parental leave, tax etc.  

  • Reports to Dansk Statistik  

  • Support regarding salary enquiries, including collective agreement issues, maternity, sickness, vacation in collaboration with HR  

  • Assist in connection with month-end and backup for other functions in finance as well as ad hoc tasks.  

In this position you will refer to the Finance Manager.  

A flair and understanding of IT is important, though not a requirement:  

  • Salary System: EPOS  

  • ERP system: NAV 2009   

  • HR-System: SuccessFactors
