Clinic Coordinator- Canterbury

About the role

Hidden Hearing is the modern hearing care expert and all of are activities are geared to help more people hear better.

We have a national network of clinics, visiting sites and field-based Hearing Aid Dispensers that can visit customers in the comfort of their own home.  

We are looking for a Clinic Coordinator to be the face of our busy branch in Canterbury (we have 1 x HAD based at this branch and 1 x Ear Car Practitioner). 

This role will be to make a significant contribution to delivering maximum sales opportunities by effective  and efficient diary management for multiple diaries and optimizing appointment numbers.  You will also be delivering excellent customer service and maximizing sales of accessories and care plans.

Key features:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
  • Permanent role
  • 08:30-1700 (no evenings or weekends)
  • Mon-Fri
  • 30 min unpaid break each day
  • Basic Salary- £28,473.90 per annum & bonus

Additional role info:

  • Diary Management- you will be booking the appointmetns in the diaries of the HADs in the branch and also the ECP.  You will be making sure their diaries are kept busy and managing any cancellations/rebooks etc.
  • Sales- you must be confident upselling products, accessories and our care plan called One Plan- there will be daily and weekly targets/KPIs to meet.
  • Presentation of clinic-ensuring the clinic is kept clean and tidy, marketing products are on brand and tidy-tea,coffee and water is available for all customers.
  • Premium customer service- we are a Gold Investors in people award wining company and we have high standards when it comes to customer service- we also have fab Trust Pilot reviews from our Customers and we do a lot of work to keep them that way!.
  • Reception and Admin duties- keeping up to date records/taking calls/answering emails/managing appointments and walk ins.
  • Communication and Liaison- liaising with other departments our Central diary teams and customer service etc.
