EPOS is recruiting for a Channel Account Manager to join our highly motivated and successful UK sales team.

This is an external sales role, and the successful candidate is expected to be out of the office and in customer meetings a minimum of 3 days per week and working from the home office when not on a customer site.

The Role is UK wide, and you will be managing accounts across the UK.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a field sales role, in the IT Channel, for either a Vendor, Reseller or Distributor.

The Role:

As our Channel Account Manager your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue & growth within new reseller partners. You will be promoting the EPOS brand, getting involved with marketing initiatives & managing all aspects of each reseller account.

We’re looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic applicants who will get the job done. You will be confident in your own ability to hit sales targets and KPI’s which are set by the business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a “Channel Partner Sales Plan”, with successful outcomes against objectives, KPI’s & targets
  • Delivering QBR’s with your reseller partners
  • Confidently present EPOS products, Services and Value Proposition’s to your customers. A background in AV would be preferred but not essential.
  • Must have excellent relationship skills and be confident building relationships across all parts of the partner eco system, from Vendor Managers, through to salespeople and anyone in between.
  • Building a robust pipeline of business opportunities from your channel partners with a high success rate.
  • Create excellent working relationships across the EPOS UK team
  • Plan & execute focus days for your partners & design and develop incentives and initiatives to drive sales.
  • Utilising excellent existing channel relationships to ensure success.
