Be a Key Contributor to Our IT Evolution

As Lead Enterprise Infrastructure Architect, you will guarantee that our global IT infrastructure and Shared Platforms fulfill Demant’s business objectives. You will work closely with business leaders, engineers, and solution architects to design infrastructure solutions that are resilient, scalable, and future-ready.

Combining big-picture strategy with hands-on implementation, you’ll guide teams and facilitate real business value through smart technology decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage Infrastructure Strategy – Align IT infrastructure with business goals and ensure our technology landscape is resilient and future-ready
• Enhance Business Value – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical, effective architectural solutions
• Manage IT Transformation – Design and implement roadmaps for transitioning to modern optimized, scalable and compliant platforms and Infrastructure
• Ensure Architectural Integrity – Evaluate vendor solutions, streamline IT processes, and optimize technology landscape  to improve performance and cost-efficiency
• Facilitate architecture awareness and collaboration – ensuring consistency and synergy across all aspects of architecture (business, data, applications, technology) and stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

You are a strategic thinker with practical hands-on skills, who understands that effective architecture is measured by the business value it enables. We expect you to have:

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture in a global enterprise context
• Proficient business understanding and the ability to balance technical considerations with business needs and processes
• Experience working with Application Development & Maintenance teams
• Broad knowledge in IT infrastructure, solution design, IT operations, security and cloud technologies (Preferably MS Azure)
• Experience in IT transformation and modernization of infrastructure and platform landscapes
• An engaged and proactive mindset – keen to grow, innovate, and lead change
• A team-oriented approach – comfortable engaging with stakeholders across IT and business units
• Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills

You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & Data Governance Management, and serving as the Lead Enterprise Architect in our Infrastructure, Security & Platforms Organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders across our global IT organization, working from our headquarters in Smørum, Denmark.

Recruitment Timeline

We will begin to invite candidates for interviews after the application deadline. The first-round interviews are scheduled for the 7th, 8th, and 11th of April. Due to the Easter Holiday coming up you can expect the final round of interviews to be held on the 23rd and 24th of April.
