Global Business Graduate // Demants Graduate Programme

Welcome to our Graduate Programme. We offer you a career in a leading Danish C25 company, that creates life-changing products for people around the world. We will guide you through a two-year journey here at our headquarters, just outside Copenhagen. You will start on 1 September 2024,
where you will join three different teams, working with different projects. This will provide you with a broad business understanding and strong network of people across all functions. You will be given a lot of responsibility from day one to develop your professional and personal skills in the best possible way. After this, you will be offered a permanent position.

As we are operating in more than 30 countries, many of our graduates get the chance to go abroad for half a year, depending on business needs. Besides that, you will join a fantastic network with all the other graduates and can look forward to some fun team days, training sessions and trips to our different business units.

Your journey as a Global Business graduate
In the Global Business track you will be part of the Audika Group, which is the Hearing Care division of Demant. We are one of the world’s leading hearing care retailers with more than 3.500 clinics across 25 markets. You will experience an inspiring and motivating atmosphere and work across markets, cultures, and perspectives in close collaboration with talented and purpose-driven colleagues around the world.

Your journey as a Global Business graduate will offer you opportunities to work in our Commercial Excellence team and our Marketing Excellence team. In the Commercial Excellence team, you will support markets and management to improve performance through data, analytics, and actionable insights. In the Marketing Excellence team, you will help to prioritize and coordinate locally relevant growth initiatives in close collaboration with our markets and furthermore Group Marketing to increase marketing efficiency and performance.

There is also an opportunity for a rotation abroad where you will work closely with Directors in the business to provide critical insights and analysis to establish increased functional alignment and business results.

Together with us, you will deliver life-changing hearing care and make the Audika Group the global leader within hearing care.
 

We would like to get to know you
To apply for our programme, you are just about to finish your Master studies in a relevant field or have graduated no more than 1-2 years ago. You are a top performer with excellent achievements in your studies, through your (student) work experience or extracurricular activities. You have furthermore gained international experience through a semester or internship abroad or similar. And last, you are fluent in English.

As a person, we believe that you like to collaborate with others and have a high drive and passion for what you do. You are both strategic and pragmatic and go for the ambitious goal. You have an inspiring and positive attitude, and strong commercial and analytical capabilities. And last, you have a curious mindset, are hardworking, and - most important - humble.

Recruitment process
10-14 January: Sending in a 2min video of yourself answering two specific questions
Wednesday, 24 January: All-day Assessment Center at our headquarters in Smørum close to Copenhagen
29 January – 2 February: Final interviews including prior online assessments on personal competencies and         logical skills.
