IT Global Director (Supply Chain & Manufacturing)

Demant is looking for a  Global IT Director of the Operations Solutions area, whose teams are responsible for processes and systems related to the proper functioning of production. What tasks are waiting for you?

• Overall IT responsible for operations and development of Operations IT applications.
• Responsible for governance of IT initiatives for Operations.
• Managing the Operations IT team to ensure efficient and stable operations and development/project deliverables.
• Being a part of Supply Chain projects insight the organization.
• Creating and maintaining good relations with stakeholders and business partners.
• Vendors and contract management for Operations IT applications.
• Managing and developing managers of two IT areas.
• Planning activities and resources to meet business needs.
• Budget responsibility.
   

It would be great, if you:

• have master degree in Supply Chain or IT area;
• have at least 5 years in people governance, project management in an international environment;
• have good understanding of Supply Chain processes within manufacturing, warehousing, pick, pack, ship and distribution;
• have broad knowledge of IT operations and delivery processes incl. good understanding of supply chain systems (i.e. ERP, WMS, TMS);
• have coaching and managing skills to develop managers and leaders;
• have a global mindset;
• have fluent English and excellent communication skills;
• are able to create good and long relationships on all business levels;
• are open to frequent business trips.
