What tasks are waiting for you?
- Analyze and present quality data to support decision-making.
- Proactively identify and escalate emerging issues, trends, and data quality concerns.
- Deliver regular reporting to the Quality Management team.
- Maintain and develop dashboards aligned with KPIs and metrics.
- Support stakeholders with ad hoc reports and data interpretation.
- Contribute to cross-functional and cross-regional projects and improvement initiatives.
- Handle service code update requests.
- Analyze data to ensure correct use of symptom codes and maintain an updated code set.
- Participate in SOP updates and support audits.
It would be great if you have:
- a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Quality Management, or a related field;
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or quality management, including:
– proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
– ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights
– experience using AI-driven analytical tools when appropriate; - general technical understanding in electronics, acoustics, and software;
- knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements;
- familiarity with regulatory requirements related to hearing aids;
- fluency in English.
