Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist to drive operational excellence across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within an international company. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to train CI tools at all organizational levels, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be the engine behind our operational excellence designing the standards, teaching the habits, and coaching the leaders that make improvements stick across our global organisation.

What tasks await you?
- Leading and facilitating CI initiatives across departments to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
- Training and developing employees at all organizational levels in Lean principles, CI tools, and methodologies.
- Promoting a CI mindset by coaching, mentoring, and consistent communication.
- Analyzing data and reporting outcomes to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful implementation of CI activities.
- Developing and maintaining CI standards, best practices, and documentation to ensure long-term sustainability.
It would be great, if you:
- hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Lean and/or Six Sigma certification preferred);
- have a proven track record in Lean and Continuous Improvement within an international company;
- bring minimum 5 years of experience in CI-related roles;
- communicate fluently and professionally in English (written and spoken);
- have strong facilitation and training skills;
- excel at problem-solving and analytical thinking;
- can influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have:
- exposure to QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing) and basic Agile concepts (backlogs, sprints, visual flow);
- experience in regulated or medical/health-tech environments;
- familiarity or interest in AI tools for optimization and analysis.
