R&D Mechanical Engineer

R&D Diagnostics Poland is a well-functioning and reliable unit constantly broadening its competences and area of cooperation. We are part of the global Research and Development function with an ambition to deliver high-end and innovative solutions within audiological instrumentation. 
As an R&D Mechanical Engineer you will work in a dynamic and everchanging workspace – with no room or time for boredom. You will have the opportunity to work with the newest technologies as well as take part in global projects.

 What tasks are waiting for you? 

 

  • Creation of requirements and specifications for our products - mechanical concepts.
  • Performing tests/documentation, delivering results and verification reports.
  • Conducting and supporting prototypes builds in the very early stage of their lifecycle.
  • Designing for Manufacturing, Assembly and Service – hand-over to mass production.
  • Participating in the development of the department – assisting in its creation and implementation of the department strategy.


 It would be great if you:

 

  • have hands‑on experience in designing plastic components for injection molding — this is a strict requirement;
  • hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field;
  • have at least three years of experience creating mechanical solutions;
  • are proficient in 3D CAD tools and 2D documentation;
  • have experience with product assembly and service;
  • are open, communicative, inquisitive and willing to look for solutions and improvements;
  • fluent in both spoken and written English language.

 

 
In the role of R&D Mechanical Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Adam Ochojski.
