Assistant Administratif et Commercial / Coordinateur de Centre H/F - Langon (33)
Position
Our centres located in Langon (33) are currently looking for an Administrative and Commercial Assistant / Centre Coordinator (M/F) to join us on a fixed-term contract (CDD) as soon as possible.
Reporting to the Area Manager and working as part of a team of two Hearing Care Professionals, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the centre and be responsible for:

Welcoming our customers and ensuring excellent customer relations;

Developing the centre's customer base through follow-up calls and customer database management;

Advising and supporting customers in expressing their needs and maintaining a high-quality relationship;

Managing and optimizing the centre's schedule;

Selling accessories, maintenance products and services;

Providing after-sales service for hearing aids (battery replacement, cleaning and maintenance);

Managing the administrative aspects of the centre's operations, including invoices, quotations, reimbursements, and related documentation.
Profile

You have excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience in customer service and/or patient relations.

You are empathetic, attentive, and able to guide customers towards solutions that meet their needs.

You are organised, dynamic, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Comfortable with digital tools, you will be required to work with several software applications on a daily basis.

Employment Conditions

Employment type: Part-time / Full-time, Permanent contract (CDI) / Fixed-term contract (CDD);

Working hours: 28 / 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
