Assistant Administratif et Commercial / Coordinateur de centre H/F - Labenne (40)

Position

Our centres located in Labenne (40) and Saint-Martin-de-Seignanx (40) are currently looking for an Administrative and Commercial Assistant / Centre Coordinator (M/F) to join us on a permanent contract (CDI) as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Area Manager and working as part of a team of two Hearing Care Professionals, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the centre and be responsible for:

  • Welcoming our customers and ensuring excellent customer relations;
  • Developing the centre's customer base through follow-up calls and customer database management;
  • Advising and supporting customers in expressing their needs and maintaining a high-quality relationship;
  • Managing and optimizing the centre's schedule;
  • Selling accessories, maintenance products and services;
  • Providing after-sales service for hearing aids (battery replacement, cleaning and maintenance);
  • Managing the administrative aspects of the centre's operations, including invoices, quotations, reimbursements, and related documentation.

Profile

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience in customer service and/or patient relations.
  • You are empathetic, attentive, and able to guide customers towards solutions that meet their needs.
  • You are organized, dynamic, and a team player.
  • Comfortable with IT tools, you will be required to work with several software applications on a daily basis.

Employment Conditions

  • Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract (CDI);
  • Working hours:  35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
